Please note that most items require 3-6 weeks for production. Items that are available and in stock are shipped within 5 business days. If you need your order expedited or have any questions, please email us at info@adamasnyc.co.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping and insurance on all purchases, regardless of the order amount. All jewelry is securely packaged and shipped via FedEx to the billing address, with an adult signature required upon delivery.* Once the order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. Shipments cannot be made to a PO Box. Each item is fully insured for the final purchase price from the time it is in transit until it arrives at the destination and is signed for by an adult.
If an item is returned to us due to an error on your part (such as incorrect information) or a failure to accept delivery (whether by refusal or absence) a 3% fee will be charged to cover the shipping and insurance costs for the unsuccessful delivery. Please note Adamas cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Finished jewelry that has not been altered, sized, worn, or personalized in any way may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days from the date of shipment.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us. Once your return has been authorized, an insured shipping label will be sent directly to your email address with instructions for safely returning your jewelry.

Final Sale Policy
At Adamas, your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Because many of our pieces are specially selected, sized, or created for each client, the following are considered Final Sale:
All custom orders, bridal jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, loose natural and lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and any jewelry that has been set, sized, altered, or personalized.

ADAMAS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS PLACED BY A CUSTOMER IN VIOLATION OF THE SITES TERMS OR AS OTHERWISE DETERMINED BY ADAMAS.
